Laboral City of Culture, declared an Asset of Cultural Interest, is the largest civil building in the country. Conceived as a small independent city, it has a central square of 8,300 m² and surrounding this square is the theatre, the church with the largest elliptical dome in Europe and a tower of about 130 m 17 floors.
Today, in addition to housing educational spaces and offices of public and private companies, it is a benchmark in the events sector as a unique venue with spaces for holding congresses and some twenty meeting rooms, some of them with a capacity for more than 1,200 people.

This is the most impressive room in the complex. It stands out for the fresco mural painting by the painter Enrique Segura, inspired by Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel, in which he represents the Allegory of the Founding of La Laboral, the Allegory of Inspiration, the Struggle between Good and Evil, as well as the representation of the vanquished and the victors of the war.
Its large balcony opens onto the main square and affords a privileged view of the whole complex: the tower, the church, the square...
This room is particularly suitable for holding gala dinners, cocktail parties and banquets, among others.

The architects Manuel López-Mateos and Mari-Juana Ontañón designed the Paraninfo de la Laboral in the shape of the prow of a ship and an avant-garde solution.
After its refurbishment, the auditorium has been equipped with all the technical means to make it a modern and comfortable conference hall.
